Transforming a compact 900 sq. ft. space, THE DESIGN TEAM delivered a modern, cost-effective office within just 1 month. Featuring artificial plants for a green ambiance and durable vinyl flooring, the design includes 2 meeting rooms, 3 manager rooms, 16 workstations, and a welcoming reception. This 5,000 sq. ft. modern home in Rathmalana features marble walls, steel furniture, and an open layout. With 4 bedrooms, an office, a TV lobby, and open/wet kitchens, THE DESIGN TEAM delivered a luxurious yet functional residence. This 1,200 sq. ft. residence in Colombo 02 was designed to meet a specific budget while achieving a modern aesthetic. Featuring an open layout, minimalist decor, and multi-functional spaces, the design maximizes functionality and style. This project features custom study tables, dressing tables, and wardrobes crafted from treated mahogany with a white finish. Designed for the second floor, each piece was made detachable and installed on-site. THE DESIGN TEAM expertly managed column areas, delivering functional, stylish furniture that enhances the room’s aesthetics and usability.

This project featured movable workstations, tempered glass partitions, and a cable management system, all installed overnight in a functioning office.
